Beyond Odisha — The Replication Blueprint

By Year 5, JaBaSu will have built a replicable, documented model for end-to-end NGO enablement in an Indian state context. The blueprint — operational platform, service architecture, governance structure, and financial model — will be made available for adaptation in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh, two states with comparable development challenges and NGO ecosystem needs. The JaBaSu Institute for Social Sector Capacity Building will train the leaders who will run those state versions.

Revenue Projections

A diversified model ensuring independence, resilience, and genuine alignment with mission — not dependent on any single funder or corporate partner.
