JaBaSu adopts a rigorous four-level impact measurement framework aligned with SROI methodology and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Evidence over anecdote. Outcomes over outputs. Systems change over project completion.
Rigorous. Independently verifiable. Aligned with international best practice in social impact assessment.
JaBaSu's nine thematic sectors map directly to 10 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals — providing internationally comparable impact language for global funders and corporate reporting.
A phased, disciplined roadmap from foundation to full-state coverage — each phase building irreversible institutional momentum for the next.
By 2030, JaBaSu Trust is Odisha's civil society backbone — the infrastructure every NGO runs on, every corporate CSR team trusts, and every government department partners with.
By Year 5, JaBaSu will have built a replicable, documented model for end-to-end NGO enablement in an Indian state context. The blueprint — operational platform, service architecture, governance structure, and financial model — will be made available for adaptation in Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh, two states with comparable development challenges and NGO ecosystem needs. The JaBaSu Institute for Social Sector Capacity Building will train the leaders who will run those state versions.
A diversified model ensuring independence, resilience, and genuine alignment with mission — not dependent on any single funder or corporate partner.
